Approach

Treatment tailored to you,
not to the diagnosis

I combine structural and cranial osteopathic techniques, moving between them as the body asks for it. Some people need firm, direct work; others need something far quieter.

01

We talk first

A full case history — the symptoms, but also sleep, stress, past injuries and what your days actually look like. Most of what matters comes out here.

02

Assessment & hands-on treatment

Movement testing and palpation, then treatment in the same visit. Structural work, cranial work, or a blend — whichever suits you on the day.

03

Something to take home

Clear explanation of what I found, plus exercises or adjustments that keep the progress going between appointments.

Areas of interest

What I see most

I treat all ages and a wide range of complaints. These are the areas I've come to focus on.

Persistent pain

Pain that has outstayed the injury, or never had a clear cause to begin with.

Hypermobility

Joints that move further than they should, and the fatigue and instability that follow.

Migraines

Headache and migraine patterns, including neck, jaw and postural contributors.

Stress & nervous system dysregulation

For bodies stuck in a state of alert. Cranial work is often the gentlest way in.

Animal osteopathy

Currently in training — combining a lifelong love of animals with osteopathic care.

About

Gracie Jack

I have always been fascinated by the ability of the body to adapt, heal and recover.

I combine structural and cranial osteopathic techniques, tailoring every treatment to the individual. I enjoy treating all ages, with a particular interest in persistent pain, hypermobility, migraines, and supporting those experiencing stress and nervous system dysregulation.

Outside the clinic I'm usually strength training, swimming, at the cinema, or spending time with animals and in nature. I'm currently studying Animal Osteopathy — combining a lifelong love of animals with my passion for osteopathic care.

The treatment should meet that history, not a textbook.

Questions

Before your first visit

What happens in the first appointment?

We start with a conversation — your symptoms, medical history, work, sleep and stress. Then a physical assessment, and hands-on treatment in the same visit. You'll leave knowing what I found and what I'd suggest next. It takes up to an hour.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can book directly. If I think another practitioner is better placed to help, I'll say so and point you in the right direction.

What is cranial osteopathy?

A very gentle approach, using light contact to work with subtle patterns of tension through the body. It suits people who don't want — or shouldn't have — firmer structural work, and it's often where I start with stress and nervous system presentations.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what's going on and how long it's been going on for. I'll give you an honest estimate after the first appointment rather than committing you to a block up front.

Come and be seen properly

If you're not sure whether osteopathy is right for what you're dealing with, get in touch and ask. I'd rather have that conversation than have you book blind.
